Welcome to CP Staffing (accessible at cpstaffing.co). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including our mobile messaging program.

1. Age Restriction

By using this website and its services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

2. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Program

CP Staffing sends SMS text messages only when you have separately and voluntarily opted in. CP Staffing is the sender of messages from our program.

• Inquiry / Conversational Messages: If you opt in on our website Growth Assessment or other forms, you may receive SMS regarding your submitted inquiry, staffing questions, interview coordination, application updates, and related customer-service communications.
• Marketing / Promotional Messages (Optional): If you separately opt in to marketing SMS, you may receive optional promotional messages about CP Staffing services, events, or offerings. Marketing consent is optional, unchecked by default on our Growth Assessment, and not required to submit a form.
• Voluntary Consent: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting the Growth Assessment or other website forms. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
• Opt-In: On the homepage Growth Assessment (Step 4), inquiry SMS and marketing SMS are presented as two separate optional checkboxes, both unchecked by default. You may also opt in via other documented methods such as texting a keyword or verbal/written consent during recruitment.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel SMS at any time. Text “STOP” to the short code or long code from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages for that program unless you opt in again.
• Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us at davidg@cpstaffing.co or 949-478-5122.
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our team and the program you joined. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Candidates: You agree that all information provided in your resume or application is accurate and complete.
• Clients: You agree to comply with all applicable employment and non-discrimination laws during the hiring process.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantee: CP Staffing does not guarantee job placement for candidates or specific hiring outcomes for clients.
• Limitation of Liability: CP Staffing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or recruitment services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
